Send notification to address different from profile

Problem:

user needs to know how to assign a project to a different e-mail address within the same Company.

Notifications about the job are probably sent to the registered e-mail address, however the owner of this e-mail address is not available and the colleagues do not have access to this address.

Is there any way to assign a job to a registered profile (so that the rates are picked up) but change the e-mail address for a one off project?

Solution:

It is possible to add a second email address in the Suppliers profile as follows:

1) Select the Company

and hit the "People & Logins" tab.

2) Select the person

and then "Notifications".

3) Switch to "Edit" mode

and enter the second email address in the last field (bottom page)
