Google Translator setup in Wordbee

Registered a trial version of Google Translator (with 100000 characters/100sec/users).

We tried to configure Machine Translation in WB. Noticed that there is an instruction (Under 'Quotas': Set quota to at least 10.000 characters per user/second. Otherwise document pre-translation will not work). Administrator tried to edit Google Translator Quotas to 1,000,000 characters/100sec/users(refer to attached below), but it was not allowed.

1. Any solution/suggestion? so that document pre-translation is working.

2. We tried to translate without pre-translation, system loading for quite long time. Is there any setting we miss out?
