User translating a Word document from English to Chinese Simplified. Downloaded the translated document. The wording is overlapping. Attached screen shot.

  Hi,

  I have done some setting under Font for Ms Word (specifically for document translating into chinese). It works fine now.

  

  What if the Text Extraction Rules was not selected correctly, but the translation process is on-going half way? What should be the next steps?

  Hello,

  I think that in this case project should continue and once finished it will be necessary to create new project with using correct extraction rules and adding to it project TM from the previous project to pre-translate the new project.
