Text selection problem with Firefox 49.0.1
Hi,
Some of the users who upgraded their Firefox to the above version are reporting that they cannot select text in the Editor Page. Could you please take a look?

Hello,
such issue can happen if there were changes made in configuration (sometimes they could have been done in the background so the user is not aware of them).
It is worth trying to turn off all browser plugins/addons/toolbars and restart your computer.
See if this helps, if not try another browser, Chrome for example.
All the best

Teofil,
Thanks for your response. It seems like the text selection problem is related to the Firefox version and not plugins or other conditions since two of the translators who had had the problem reported that it disappeared when they downgraded the Firefox to the previous version. However, it is our understanding that we should always use the latest version of the Internet Browsers to avoid security risks. Do you support Firefox 49.0.1?
As for Chrome, one of our users has just switched from Chrome to Firefox because she could not copy or drag tags from source to target. So use of Chrome is not a good idea. Also, we were once advised by Wordbee that you do not highly recommend Internet Explorer.
BTW, here is the problem of chrome reported by the user: "I have been unable to either copy tags or drag tags from source to target. (As a workaround, I have been copying the source into the E target segment and changing all the text from J to E while leaving the tags intact, but this is a bit cumbersome.)...Browser is Google Chrome: 53.0.2785.116 m (64-bit)"
So could you please look into the Firefox issue if you support this version?

Wordbee team discovered that issue was caused by the recent update.
I am pleased to say that the issue has been fixed, however, it won't be online until the next deployment (during the next week).
