Importing SDL translation memories.

Problem:

user needs to import SDL Trados Studio translation memory (extension *.sdltm)

Solution:

export the SDLTM translation memory into  TMX and import it into Wordbee.

Note however that SDLTM context info are exported into TMX file in a hashtag format (non explicit way of storing context info which can be interpreted only by Trados Studio) hence your context info will be lost during such process.

In order to preserve context  info you should use old SDLXLIFF files from which TM was created.

Then create new project containing all translated SDLXLIFF files you need to include in your TM.

Before you mark SDLXLIFF files for translation make sure you have ticked following options in your SDLXLIFF file format configuration:

Then just create a translation memory and consolidate translations into it.
