Finalization problem due to misplaced tag in multilingual excel translation.
Problem:
while trying to finalise the translation of a project with multlingual excel user got the error message.
User have tried all possible combinations for the tags and even use the Quick Check option "Automatically correct missing and misplaced tags". However, according to the Quick Check, all tags are well placed but the error continues.
Solution:
the difficulty with multilingual excel is that it don't specify the segment number because it can come from any language of the document.
You need to check carefully for any misplaced tags.

Hi Teofil,
Is it possible to just leave the segment with misplaced / missing tags unchanged and generate a final translation if the user has validated the segment? Sometimes, Wordbee can ignore this error and finalise. But there are other times that Wordbee stops creating the file doc and asks the user to fix the problem.

I am afraid not.

If I request for customization for the on-premises installation, is it possible?

Hi Jessica,
there is one thing you can do: you can go to the editor and flag all segments in green status (using the tool to do this for all segments in one go) in the editor.

Then the message about misplaced tags will no longer appear.
However, if there are misplaced tags, the resulting document may be bad or even corrupt in some cases.
Hope it helps
All the best
