Need more than one order form for a client?

Problem:

it is not possible to have more than one order form for one client.

Solution:

have a look at options feature within order form, there you can configure many things without the need of creating a new order form

  Hi Wojciech,

  Is this still not possible? It would be very helpful to add more than one order form per client so the client doesn't "drown" in the options....

  What Wojciech describes is the possibility to create multiple options within an order form. I think your question revolves around a different topic.

  You seem to have so many options per client, that you feel the choice they have is overwhelming. Could you outline for me how many options you have and what kind of logic you'd like to see implemented when it comes to who can get to see what order form options?

  Hi Maik,

  For us it would have been ideal to have 2 order forms for one of our (internal) clients. 1 HT order form and 1 MT order form. Both order forms have 6 options. We actually thought we needed more, because we have another 6 options for this 'client'. However we were able to work around that.

  It is possible for us to have those 12 options in one order form, it just would have been easier if we could have divided them.

  Thanks for your explanation. I created an item for our development queue so we can take your suggestion into account.

  However, I have to admit that we currently don't look at any enhancements in this area of the system so the implementation will probably take a while.
