Eporting XLIFF files by supplier

Problem:

user had an issue with a project and suggested vendors to export an XLIFF version of the file and work on it offline. However, none of them had the Xliff/Word option in their user interface.

Solution:

Go to "Settings" > "Access Rights" 

and check whether the highlighted access right is enabled for the user profile
