Count any punctuation characters as words

I have two questions.

1. I find that both word count algorithms (Microsoft Word compatible counts / Default - Counts comparable to other translation tools) do not count full stop, colon, comma, exclamation mark. 

For example, the word count for this sentence is "2015年，「江常」；人數下降：10.4%！" 14 words. But the word count in Wordbee tells me that the number of words in the file is 10.

The settings of my word count profile (using "Default - Counts comparable to other translation tools" algorithm) is as shown in the screenshot.

Is there any way to count the punctuation I mentioned as words which will be Microsoft Word compatible.
