Pretranslating in Wordbee with TM created outside Wordbee.

Problem:

 .tmx/.xlsx/.txt was created the using an alignment tool outside of Wordbee and then uploaded as a resource in WB to try to pull matches over.

The system was not able to pretranslate that much from TMX file but TMX contains all translations needed.

Solution:

The problem is about using TMs produced in one tool in another tool. The way how content is extracted with markup and segmented in one tool (e.g. Trados) often does not match how it is done in another tool. This is why we see those inefficiencies.

There are a few things we can do:
- In the word count profile, tick the option to pretranslate starting from 95%. Also make sure the option to auto-fix markup is switched on.
- Go to the memory in Wordbee where we put our TMX content and in the properties tweak the setting to disregard markup differences.

These are the typical approaches to get better leveraging.
