External Project Managers cannot run QA check when job is completed

Problem:

external project managers cannot run the QA if the jobs have been completed. The button "Check" is greyed out for them however they have rights to do it as suggested in the Knowledge Base. This situation is very inconvenient because they cannot track their own suppliers as they wanted to.

Solution: 

the completion status prevents external users from running QA.
This is also mainly because other workflow steps can be triggered upon completion of a given step. Manager won't typically let a translator run a QA if proofreading or revisions has been kicked off.
Ideally, they would run the QA before completion or an extra step can be added in the Workflow for QA. 

New step can created by going into Settings => Task Categories => Edit => Add new task




Then once in the job, go to "Workflow & Suppliers" and click on Edit => Add more tasks

 


Then the last step is to choose a task and add it into the workflow, configuring workflow in the way you need it, and click "Ok" to save.the settings
