Problem importing XLIFF file into Wordbee.

Problem:

We are trying to process an XLIFF and is receiving an error which says nothing but to contact the administrator.

Solution:

Make sure to open your XLIFF file in Notepad++ and check if the language codes in your XLIFF file match language codes of the languages which you selected for the project.

To have language codes explicitly displayed on your Wordbee platform go to "Settings"(#1 on the screenshot below) and click "Configure" for "Languages" (#2 on the screenshot below):

Once in "Languages" click "Edit" (#1 on the screenshot below) and select option "Yes. Add ISO code to language names. Print languages like in 'English (en)' or 'French (Belgium) (fr-BE)'" (#2 on the screenshot below).
