Automatic assignment to client company issue.

Problem:

using a Codyt project and customized workflow I'd like to give our client (or any login under the same company) the ability to post-edit using the same workspace document previously pretranslated using MT. Much of the process is handled by Codyt and using a workflow which assigns the job automatically to the client company.

On the client workspace the job is created however the supplier (who is Client&External worker) is unable to edit or accept the job, Wordbee is saying 'the task is not yours'.

Is there any way to automatically give rights to translate or change status of a job to anyone under the same company?

Solution:

1. Go to "Settings"

2. Find "Access Rights" and click "Configure"

3. Once there go to section "External user profiles" and click "Select" at "External client&worker" profile

4. Change the setting #38 in order to enable your client to take the job
