Disabling word counting upon order submission.

Question:

Is there a way to disable word counting upon order submission in new order forms?
I checked the settings but could not find that option.

Depending on the network speed, this process takes long time and some users are complaining.
Also, it is very difficult to tell all users to submit files in zip format.

Answer:

solution here is to create document format profile with all file types disabled

and then combine the 2 following options in your new order form configuration:
1) associate a document format profile where you have disabled all file types

2) tick the option to accept any type of file

Then the files will not be word counted anymore.
