Uploading documents which does not need to be word counted.
Problem:
When clients place new orders, they attach visual reference that does not need to be word-counted. Sometimes, these uploads fail during Wordbee's attempt to count, which ends in frustration for the client. How can a client indicate that a file they are about to upload should not be counted?
Solution:
1) If the reference files uploaded by your client have always the same type (let's say PDF files for example ) and you are sure that they will never upload a file of that type to translate, you can create document format profile with PDF disabled

and use this document format profile to refuse that type of file in order form. having the option "Accept any type of files" ticked to let users upload those files though.

Doing this, the files "refused" from the document format profile will simply be uploaded in the project library without being word counted or marked for online translation.
2) The second solution would be to ask the user to upload those files in a ZIP. This kind of file cannot be parsed from Wordbee and then they won't be word counted. This solution may be the best one and requires also to enable the option "Accept any type of files".
