Automatic costing - questions and issues.

Problem:

user created a CodyT workflow for this specific customer. User wants to invoice it and noticed that the calculation in WordBee is not correct.
At the screenshot you can see that the costs for Proofreading have been added to this calculation.

This is not correct. Why is that? 

Solution:

client quotes/invoices are independent from the project workflow. That is why for each document and language pair, you have to select the different services to cost. Unless you are using the Client portal add-on and its customized order forms, this is a process that cannot be automated.

Keep an eye on options in the order form highlighted on the screenshot below:
1. You need to make sure on of the highlighted options is selected.
2. You need to make sure that all services you need to cost are added.
