Folders in Wordbee as help (invoicing, assignment).

Problem:

user usually costs files sent on weekdays differently than the ones sent on Saturday and also assigns them for translation to different suppliers.

It is a problem however when costing or assigning to always check to which group files belong.

Solution:

In such situations folders come as help. In the "Documents" in Wordbee we can create folders

which are great help if we would like to group files in order to filter them later for costing or assignment. In this situation we can create folders "Mo-Fri" and "Sat"

and place files into them as appropriate.

This will allow us to filter files based on folder in "Jobs" section

and "Counts&Cost" section
