How to limit access right to use INDD conversion and web preview

Is it possible for an administrator to limit the access right of a user profile of INDD conversion and web preview (the services provided by frontlab)?

  re INDD conversion: no such option to disable this right in access rights panel

  re preview: have a look at the right number 36
