Wordcount problems

Hi!

I have problems with an Excel file and the wordcount I want to get out of it. The words are around 9140 and it says with a !00% match 2 repetitions and with 50% and 55% 0 repetitions. But the Excel file shows clearly more. Would you be able to advise what I could have done wrong?

  Hello Eileen,

  it is difficult to say anything right now without seeing your excel and project.

  I think that your files and resources are confidential so better place to get into your issue will be via support ticket.

  Could you just use "Submit a request" link at the top of your page and provide details?
