Report for Delivery Timeliness

Question:

Is there a report available in Wordbee that tracks delivery timeliness – for example, on-time vs. late deliveries?

Answer:

report S300 "Client orders" which has a column AD Done to Deadline (on time delivery) which can show the necessary information. 
Besides in the business analytics, there are the tabs that show number of not in time projects, jobs.

  Does this showing only (closed) ones or all project status? I am asking to make sure f the (Waiting) projects also appear in this report or not.

  The "Done" date is set and reported when an order is in any of these statuses: "Work done", "Results approved" or "Closed".

  Hello,

   

  you can get a list of projects in these statuses:

  "Work done", "Results approved" or "Closed"

  by filtering them out in Orders view.

  Is this what you are looking for?

  Hi.

   

  Thanks for following up.

  I believe you should use Excel filter to filter only the projects which have negative value in column AD hence negative value shows how much time has passed from deadline till actual delivery time.
