    Hi Carole,

When you say "filter on" do you refer to the popup to assign suppliers to a job? If so, please check out "Settings" > "Business processes". You find this option there:

Or do you refer to a different screen in Wordbee?

    Regards,

    Stephan

    Hi Stephan,

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I was referring to the filter in the search menu of the supplier database (when you click on the "Supplier services" tab).

Let's say I want to filter on Service task = Translation. The results display all services, including disabled ones. I would like to refine these results to exclude disabled services or services from disabled pricelists.

How can I do it? Thanks!

    Carole

    Hi Carole,

I did check what you mention and I did confirm that disabled pricelist or disabled services in enabled pricelists do not indeed show up in the list.

Just to make sure, we are talking about the screen in the picture below, correct?

    Hi Nicolas,

    Thanks for your feedback.

And sorry... you're right, it works on this screen. However it does not work on the Supplier tab, i.e. this one:

I always mix the 2 tabs, and it is confusing that the behaviour is not the same for both. We also need to combine other criteria in the filter that are only available on the Supplier tab (for example "Company has login").

Hoping this is clearer and sorry again for the confusion.

    Best regards,

    Carole

    Hi Carole,

we have implemented a new filter that will allow you to only see suppliers with active services. It will be live with the next release of the Wordbee platform later this week.
