How is it possible to have pre-translation without attached TM?
Some days ago a translator indicated that he got a pre-translation for a segment, although I didn`t add a translation memory to the project. What has happened here?

If you do not attach a translation memory, the memory hit will be associated to the Project Memory.
Have a look at the original document of the memory hit (see screenshot), if its name is the exact same name as your project’s, it is then confirmed!
It does not necessarily mean that the similar segment is in the same document. It could also be coming from another document within the same project.
