Consolidate project memory

    First of all you need to create a new empty project memory that you will call master memory. To do so, you go on resources and add new. And here, you choose the create new empty database option. Then, when you create a project, you go on the resources page and click on Copy contents to master memory. Here you select a resource, define your language and filter options (screenshot attached). This is the manual way to do it.

    If you want it to be more automatic, you can go on settings and configure the Translation memory reuse and consolidation page. You edit this page and set the project memory consolidation as required upon project completion (screenshot attached). You can also select the required upon project archival option but the completion one is recommended. Now, when a project will be completed, a pop up will open and you will easily consolidate your project memory.
