Error message when trying to preview Welcome Message

Hi,

When trying to preview the Welcome Message (Customization > Customize the login page), I get an error: 

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

 

Please advise.

  Yep. Could it be due to a "mailto" link I put in the message?

  There was a bug in the preview screen.

  As we will update the system this afternoon, you will be able to preview your message by the end of the day.
