Hi,

Yesterday I mentiond to Elliot the Wordbee is too "click happy", and today this came back to bite me in the a*#!

This time it's about running a check on files that were not checked by the translators after translation. It can (and does) happen - until there's a way to automate/require it before completing a job.

So, to check these files I:

1. Open a file in a job
2. Click Completed
3. Click Set to: In progress
4. Click OK
5. Click Check
6. Set check options (Click Click Click Click Click Click Click)
7. Click Check
8. Click Close
9. Click In Progress
10. Click Set to: Completed
11. Click OK
12. Click on file name and select next file in Job
13. Repeat 1-12 for each file
14. Repeat everything for each job

In this particular project i have 3 translators who did not run the check, and 7 files per job. 

This means I need *378* clicks in order to be able to finalize these jobs…

I dread to think about projects with more files... :(

  Hi Leon,

  Please know that it is not yet possible to run an automatic QA for multiple documents but the idea was recently added to our suggestion list, and I invite you to vote for it: https://wordbee.zendesk.com/entries/84873047-Project-wide-QA-check.
