Wordbee very very slow

Hi,

I don't know what is going on, but somehow we are experiencing very slow response from wordbee, regarding resources.

They take, at least, one minute to show, at best, and is usually does not happen so. Needless to say it is really slowing down our work pace, and we really can't afford this...

Regarding our internet provider, everything is in order, so I would like to ask if there is something you can do about this issue, or at least provide some possible explanations so we can try and work this out.
