How to share reference material in Codyt?

Our clients regularly attach reference files when they send orders (via new order form).

However, when these orders are linked to a Codyt project, we can't  find a way to automatically share the reference file with the jobs that are automatically created and sent to suppliers.

How can we solve this?

  Hi Dave, this is possible.

  Start with uploading your reference material in the project under "Documents".

  Then go to this tab and enable translators to view the files:

  Finally, in a Codyt job, the files are now accessible from the job window:

  thanks for this solution.

  Does this require a manual change of the project setting or can we also automate this via the new order form?

  Translators are sent jobs directly from the codyt project and they should always have access to reference material (if uploaded by client in the new order form).

  Hi David, 

  You can indeed not enable this by default in the new order form and it requires the additional clicks by the manager.

  You might want to add this to the feature request list.

  Good news :-)

  The next release of Wordbee (16/2/2016), will add a new option to the "new order form" configuration.

  You will be able to choose whether reference material is by default visible or not to workers.
