bidirectional text in Excel

We have a monolingual Excel document where the target language is Arabic. Before uploading the document, we make sure that target cells are correctly marked as right-to-left or context using the alignment button. The finalized documents do not render translated content correctly:

1. Line breaks within a cell do not consistently appear.

2. Tag-like text such as </bold> incorrectly appears as <bold/>.

  Hi Jeff, would you mind sharing a screenshot that shows a cell in the original doc, the text/translation in the editor and the cell in the Arabix Excel?

  We did a quick test and do not know how to replicate this.

  Yes please submit as a ticket. Ideally with the original document, indication of the failing cell (row/column id) and the arabic translation pasted into the ticket (so that we can easily replicate).
