job notification subject line - document name repeated

We have the following code in place for the subject line for a job notification email:

XYZ - {{JobReference}} - {{JobDocuments}}

However, the emails our users are receiving are formatted in the following format:

XYZ - JobReference - documentname.docx - documentname.docx

There is only one document on the project. Is the document name inherent in the project name? Why else would the document name being repeated?

  Yes the {{JobReference}} placeholder is set to the project name + the first document name.

   

  Example:

  Project reference: "P338998"

  Documents: file1.doc, file2.doc, file3.doc

  {{JobReference}} = P338998 - file1.doc
