I am unable to translate Adobe InDesign .INDD files. There is an error.
We received this request from a user who uploaded an .INDD file to Wordbee. However, when marking the file for translation and error message is shown.

The .INDD format is Adobe's binary format for storing InDesign documents. Unfortunately, Adobe is changing this format with each new version of InDesign, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... Wordbee provides support for INDD files of version 6 only.
To translate any InDesign files, you have two options:
1. Convert the .INDD (or .INX) file to the .IDML format, which is the portable format covering all versions of InDesign. If you do not have InDesign installed, please ask your client to provide this version.
2. Use a third party service to convert your .INDD to .IDML. Wordbee recommends http://www.frontlab.com/
3. Wait early April 2016 when we will add a conversion tool directly into Wordbee Translator. You will be able to right click any .INDD file and it will produce the .INDD version ready for translation.
