Segment "context" field - Can if be edited individually per language?

Hello,
In the properties of a resource segment, there is a field named "Segment context". This field is supposed to be editable for all languages or for a specific language version. However, changes made to a specific language version also apply to other languages.
Could you please fix it?

  Hello,

  The "context" field is not language dependent.

  I recommend that you add a custom field. Custom fields can be defined for segments and made editable individually per language.

  To add a custom field go to "Settings" > "Custom fields" > "Segments":

  

  The field can then be edited in the "Segment information" window in the editor (after clicking a segment).

  Hi Stephan,

  Thanks for your prompt reply.

  It isn't clear from the Properties window that this field is not language dependant. For your information, we already have several custom fields, and when you select a specific language, there's nothing that makes this "context" field different from the others, hence the confusion.

  I would suggest that the "context" field cannot be edited when you select a specific language.
