A client asked, what is the best way to define preferred and forbidden terms in a terminology database? What are the customization options?

  For customized terminology management in Wordbee Translator you might use the custom fields (http://documents.wordbee.com/display/WBT/Custom+Fields) or labels (http://documents.wordbee.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=885709).

  Upon opening your terminology database or within a project, you can access the custom fields and labels in the segment information > details section. Also, labels are shown in the upper menu of the translation editor and custom fields are accessible when clicking on the little pen on the left side of each segment. 

  To define preferred or forbidden terms you can use both options, but labels might be more adapted, as they are colored. Both criteria are also available as search criteria in Global Search.
