Global search preferences

Hi Wordbee community,

I have a small request / question; it will be great if someone can help me with this. In our company, we work mostly with files and documents translated from English. However, in the global search function, the first source language that always appear is Arabic - as it is the first language in alphabetical order.

Do you happen to know if there is a way of set these preferences so it is set automatically with English as source?

I know it is a minor question but it could really save time for the suppliers and PMs :)

  Hi Marina,

  Thank you for getting in touch with us.

  Firstly, I would suggest that you review the languages that have been enabled on your platform as you can un-tick the languages that you aren't using regularly, which will decrease the amount of options available in Global Search, however you can add these languages again if you need to.

  All you have to do is go to Settings > Languages > Configure.

  If you want to reorganize the order of the languages listed in Global Search you can do this in Settings > Global Search > Configure > Edit and use the arrows to put English first.

  This information was indeed useful :) Sometimes is difficult to realize how many settings exist in Wordbee to personalize.
