Too Easy to Edit Source

For managers and administrators the source text of a document can be edited easily, you just have to click onto the segment and type to add something new – this could be quite dangerous as we may accidently add text. In the old editor you could only edit the source text if you click on the little pencil icon.

  Hello Mark,

  The new translation editor makes editing source texts easier by design compared to the old editor. However, you can still mimic the old editor's functionality by doing the following under actions -> Lock/Unlock:

  

  And in the following window, apply the lock to all segments for your source language :

  

  Should you need to edit the source, you can always unlock, edit, and re-lock the source.
