    Hi Alex,

This "unspecified error" still occurs. The user was simply clicking on an empty target segment box. This error was reported by a few users in our platform in the last months. Some said that it happened at least once a day.

Below is another screenshot "Oops". It happened when the user was trying to view Statistics > Full statistics report. Sometimes, the full report was not displayed and this "oops" message showed instead. But, after refreshing the editor once or twice, the full report was available.

    Please investigate.

I had the same "unspecified error" when trying to split a segment at the cursor. This seems to occur regularly when I try to "split at cursor" after a line break.

    Hi Daniel,

after reading your message I have checked with the team if this known has been already fixed and I have learnt that it should be fine by now.

Could you please check if the problem persists on your end?

    All the best

    Wojciech

    Hello Wojciech,

yes, this is still an issue for me. At the moment, I encounter it systematically when I try to split a segment between two formatting marks.

In the case of two formatting marks with a space in between, it will let me split the segment left of the space, but trying to split it to the right of the space will cause the "unspecified error":

    [Li1>Text<Li1] [Li2>More text<Li2]
