Assign vendor to... functionality

Hi guys,

I am trying to figure out the "Assign vendor to" functionality. (Manage > Change > Assign vendor to) We tried it out in the past and it has a lot of potential for our workflows. However, today, we've noticed that even when we filter for specific jobs, it stills shows us all the open jobs in the current project, so we have to go and select each of the jobs we need separately. This wouldn't be a problem if we had at least the job names in the overview, but this is not the case. We only can see the job type and the languages, nothing else.

Is this as designed or do we do something wrong? What are your experiences with this functionality? I have to say that in our case we have projects with a lot of simultaneous orders and languages per order, that's why the question.
