Does anyone know where the "job messages panel" is?

RE:

Jobs: Workflow triggers when completing a job are now logged in the job messages panel
Applies when a project workflow ticks automated triggers such as running a QA, deleting next job, consolidating, delivery of files etc. These actions are executed delayed silently. We now log actions done in the job message panel. Please note that all the actions may sometimes run only a few minutes after completion of a job.

  I thought the release note is talking about the usual job message below. Please let me know if my understanding is not correct.

  BTW, I did not have time to check if "Consolidating" including memory consolidation and if that is reflected in this message panel here yet.

  I tested this and noticed that two messages appeared; One under my name and the other under System Admin name.

  It would be nice if both are displayed in the same way such as (Auto Process: User Name) or (System Admin [User Name].
