Internal error after unselecting "Replace source by target"

High folks,

after unselecting "Replace source by target" in the options menu of the translation finder, an unspecified error occurs. I tried it on Firefox and Chrome. It's the same in both browsers.

This doesn't happen if you select the option. If you unselect it again, the same error message occurs.
