Default Column order

Hi,

Translators working for me often have problems getting the appropriate layout in the editor. Most of the times, this happens :

1. They see only the source segments
2. They have to go through the column manager to add the target segments
3. They then have to change the order of the columns

Is there a way to allow any translator to automatically see two columns - source on left, target on right - straight when they open the editor?

It is becoming repetitive to give them instructions for the exact same tedious process to get their layout right.
