Word import no longer detects case change in Word export

Up to now, the Word file import function would detect a case change in the target (English in this case) as a change, and import the corresponding segment. Now it does not recognize that as a change in the segment. Has the function been changed? I exported to Word format, changed some characters to upper case, then imported the changed Word file, but those case changes were not detected as a change in the Target English.

  Good afternoon Mike,

  hope you are fine.

  I have tried to reproduce the issue you have described here unsuccessfully.

  I have exported Word doc, changed some letters in the segment into capital and imported the file back.

  Changes in the segment were recognized as an update and imported successfully.
