Smart Assistant-related question
Hi all, I have several questions regarding the Smart Assistant which could be interesting for you as well (or maybe someone already has the answer!)
1. How often does the Smart assistant update the results and is there any action triggering the updates? Why I am asking - we noticed in some segments that the Smart assistant keeps flagging issues with a certain category even after the issue was fixed. Do we need to run a QA check or validate the segment again, maybe?
2. Is there a way to define the categories I want the Smart Assistant to be checking and apply it to every future job? Right now, when I am switch jobs, the categories return to the previous configuration. And in regards to this:
3. Where is the previous configuration taken from? The Default QA profile? Or the last QA Profile applied?

Dear Maria,
I just received the information from our development team.1. Updates to the Smart Assistant results should be triggered when switching from one segment to another.
2. + 3. The Smart Assistant configurations are cached for each language pair. So if you configure a certain configuration set it will be applied every time you have the same source and traget language combination. That's easy and nifty for worker profiles as they usually only work in one language pair.
If a language pair is not cached the system will use default configurations from the QA profile.
