Append Language Code with only full name

Hi everyone,

When finalizing a files, I was wondering if there was a way to have only the full name of the language appended? Currently, when I select the file_english.doc setting for a Spanish (Latin American) file, I receive a file named filename_Spanish (Latin America) (es-419). Unfortunately, not all our clients are savvy enough to understand language codes, so we end up manually removing the (es-419) at the end.

Is there a setting we can change to make it so that we only receive: filename_Spanish (Latin America)?
