We experienced a network issue in our infrastructure this late evening (CET). The problem affected the mechanisms for storing and retrieving source documents and translations. The problem did not affect management features but prevented downloading/uploading files including operations that require file access.
The issue lasted from 10 minutes for a majority of our clients but up to 55 minutes for a few users.

I would like to take the opportunity to pre-announce the release of a new "Live Status" web page early June. It will display the real-time status of the Wordbee system with deep details including service availability by user country and functionality. This page will further include details on any interruptions as well as scheduled maintenance operation.
