[IMPROVE] API method to enumerate projects: The results are now sorted with the most recent projects coming first
The API method to enumerate projects does not sort projects in any specific order. This development adds an explicit sort order and sorts results by their date of creation. [FIX] Fix error during file reconstruction with monolingual excel
In excel monolingual, if some cells contain both translatable text and non translatable text, in some case (if differents cells have the same translatable text, but a different untranslatable text) the file was reconstructed with the wrong content in those cells.
This has now been corrected.

[FIX] Remove Word's content stripping prompt on paste
The editor display a prompt to ask the user whether he wants to format the content or not when he paste a Word content. This is already handled and the prompt has been removed.

[FIX] Editor's toolbar has been redesigned to display German words properly.
German words were not displayed properly in the Editor's toolbar, going through the container. Toolbar is now responsive.
