Brilliant Stephan, thanks!
Has this status page been sunset? I get a "502 Bad Gateway" error.
Dear Andy,
This page has been discontinued a few years ago. A replacement is unfortunately not on our road map at the moment.

Thanks for the quick reply Maik!
What should users do when they are experiencing slowness or other system issues?
Dear Andy,
In case of system issues or general slowness of the system, please log a ticket with our Support team. They will get back to you with further details and update you on Wordbee's resolution timeline.
Cheers,

Will do.
That takes me a lot longer than checking a status page, and I imagine is more work for you too.
I would like to request that the status page be restored in the future.
Hi Maik,
I understand Wordbee has a busy roadmap on more important features.
But this is pretty important for an LSP. As we have about 250 clients who submit orders through the portal. And especially 1 or 2 client submits 100-150 orders every day from all over the world on different time zones. So if there was an issue with order creation means they will bombard us with emails that the system is down and then we will log a support ticket with you. And your team will investigate that and will let us know that you are already aware of this and will fix that soon or provide us with a timeline. So we have to go back to all of our client contacts explaining that you are working on the issue and will be fixed in X amount of time. And then again once the issue was fixed, we have to send an email again to all these client contacts.
Again we also have suppliers which are in thousands, but only active in hundreds working in various time zones who will also send us emails which also needs to be acknowledged and replied with an answer.
So you see our pain on this.
If we have the status page, we can point them to the status page and they will stop sending number of emails and in turn we will not log support tickets as we will know that there was an issue. So having a status page is win win for both Wordbee and also your clients.
I know recently the team was putting a banner in the portal which was good.
This is something i have been requesting from almost 5 years, if you check my previous support tickets, you will see my comment regarding the status page explaining above in each of the support tickets.
Sorry for the long ticket. I hope this will be looked at some stage when the dev team has some time.
Best Regards,
Rama
Hello,
A dedicated status page, in addition to the already-existing system status/maintenance banner we display in case of issues, was not in our immediate roadmap. However, based on client feedback and internal discussions, we have decided to prioritize this item. The implementation of a dedicated status page has now been prioritized and will be included in an upcoming development sprint.
Thank you for your continued input and support.
Best regards,
Andrea
