How can I do to not extract text in specific color?

Very simple, you just need to use the untranslatable color feature.

Go to Settings>Translation settings>Document Format>

Then choose your format for the example I choose Microsoft Word.

Select a configuration or create a new one, Press Edit

Pick the color you want to not extract and Save:

NB: Please note that the color code has to be the same than the configuration
