[FIX] New order form: Success message does not show with certain form setup
There is a case when cost details shall not be shown to the end client that the order form fails to show the success message. The order is submitted but it is confusing for the end user.

Hi Stephan,
I have a question regarding the InDesign preview functionality. In terms of the previews we have available for our account, what counts as a preview? Example: If a translator previews the same IDML document in the same Wordbee job 4 times, does Wordbee count it as 4 previews, or 1?
EDIT: Also, does 1 preview equal 1 page (making a preview for a file of 10 pages, 10 previews, or does 1 preview refer to 1 file?

Yes each preview is counted individually. So previewing the same document 4 times is counted as 4 previews.

Thanks for leaving a comment! I assume this means that 1 requested preview by the translator = 1 credit = 1 page? Or does a multi-page document also count as 1 preview?

Yes this is correct, each page is counted. Now we do propose various models to make this very cost efficient. I suggest to talk to your sales contact if you would like to know more.
