Can't set Client user as External Manager

Problem:

user cannot assign profile called 'External Manager' to Client but still needs to be able to do it.

Explanation:

'External manager' profile was aimed at external translation agencies so that a main contact person can easily re-assign jobs internally, to their own suppliers.

Solution:

workaround to assign this profile to a client is to create a specific profile based on the 'External worker' one: Settings>Access rights>Add new profile (based on 'Exrternal worker):



Then you should enable the same options as for the 'External manager' profile, the main one being option 29 'Can manage jobs at supplier by assigning jobs to colleagues':



Rename your new created profile so that it is easy for you to identify it, and then you will simply have to assign it to your client.
