Problem:
user was finalizing document and discovered that downloaded final document include source text, is NOT translated but in the meantime he was changing languages locale.
Solution:
You need to be careful when changing languages locale since this affects the whole process. In order to avoid problems you need to follow depending on you situation one of the ways proposed below:
1. if the translation is not started : mark offline and mark online
2. if the translation has been already started: let the suppliers finish their job and after that import the original document with another name, mark it online (so that project memory can be applied), check if everything is translated and finalize the document.
