Segmentation by blocks (XML files).

Problem:

user is attempting to have a number of XML files segmented and wants to have all words in the tags "text" as one complete block, rather than segmented how they currently are.

Solution:

the easiest to way in this case is to turn off SRX rules in the parser which used to parse mentioned XML files:
